2. Return and Refund Process
We handle returns and refunds in the following cases:
a. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a return and provide a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
b. Wrong Product Received:
If you receive the wrong product, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return shipping label and arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional charge.
c. Item Not Delivered:
If your order hasn’t been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date. We will track the shipment with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund.
3. Cancellation After Order is Placed:
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed but before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will process the cancellation and refund your payment. If the order has already been shipped, the standard return policy applies.
4. Timeframes for Returns and Refunds
For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
For non-delivered orders, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date.
Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. However, please allow up to 10 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank processing times.
6. Return and Refund Limitations
Please note that refunds or returns cannot be processed after 30 days from the date of purchase. If the return or refund request is outside of this period, unfortunately, we will not be able to process it.
